Compression Facility
Features
The compression facility uses a volume reduction machine of hydraulic compression type to make compressed baled products, each of which has a height of 1,000 mm, width of 1,000 mm, and a depth of 1,400 mm and weighs approximately 400 to 1,000 kg. Baled products are recycled as fuel use. Difficult-to-recycle ones are processed in-house for final disposal.

(1) Input to compressor
Waste carried in is processed according to the purpose, such as recycling or final disposal. Therefore, each piece of waste is input separately.

(2) Compression volume reduction
Waste that is input is compressed for a volume reduction, lashed with wire vertically and horizontally, and discharged.

(3) Baled products
Baled products compressed with a volume reduction are shipped to their recycling destination according to the nature of the products. Difficult-to-recycle ones are processed for final disposal.
